1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

3. Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.
4. Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
5. Return Shipping Costs
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The costs are estimated at 50 euros but may vary depending on the type of goods.
6. Warranty for Defects
Please note that the above right of withdrawal does not affect the statutory warranty rights for defects in our products for outdoor lighting and watering.
